Locations: Lightwork Therapy and Recovery – Woburn, MA & Braintree, MA

Lightwork Therapy and Recovery will be accepting applicants for dedicated and compassionate clinical interns to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in a supportive, trauma-informed mental health setting, working with clients in both group and individual therapy formats. Interns will have the opportunity to gain supervised clinical hours while learning evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Interns will get the opportunity to learn clinical skills including conducting assessments, co-facilitating therapy groups, maintaining clinical documentation, engaging in case management, and providing 1:1 therapeutic interventions with clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team. Interns will receive weekly supervision as well as professional development opportunities to support their growth as mental health professionals.

Interns should be enrolled in a master’s-level counseling, social work, or related mental health program and demonstrate a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
