Outpatient Program (OP)
Our Outpatient Program (OP) is designed to address women’s mental health needs and provides a versatile and non-residential treatment approach that can be tailored to each individual’s unique requirements.
We use a variety of evidence-based therapies to treat mental health issues in women. Our therapies include individual, group, CBT, ACT, somatic, holistic, and mindfulness therapy.
It enables women to connect with others who share similar experiences, fostering a sense of community and understanding. This camaraderie often cultivates a more comfortable space for sharing and healing.
It allows for highly tailored therapeutic approaches, incorporating therapies that resonate deeply with women’s needs, including trauma-informed care and mindfulness techniques.
Gender-specific programs provide a platform for discussions surrounding women’s roles, empowerment, and identity, promoting self-discovery and growth.
For women in Massachusetts seeking mental health treatment, choosing a facility that offers gender-specific programs can greatly enhance their recovery journey. These programs recognize the diverse range of challenges that women encounter and provide a dedicated space to address them comprehensively. By selecting our gender-specific facility, women can embark on a path of healing within an environment that prioritizes their unique needs, encouraging a more profound and holistic transformation toward lasting well-being.
“I would highly recommend Jackie as a therapist to anyone looking for a highly qualified clinician. What stands out to me most about Jackie is her ability to listen without judgment or bias. I always feel that she hears what I am saying and helps me work through some challenges . Whether that is validating my feelings or challenging me to have a different perspective, I always feel like our sessions are helpful and effective. Her warm and nurturing personality helped me feel at home right off the bat. I recommend her to anyone in the market for a new therapist!”
-Caroline A., client
“As a therapist Jackie is a great listener. I always feel like she understands my point of view and emotions towards different situations. She is very good at leading sessions and knowing what experiences and situations to cover.
Most importantly, unlike some therapists, Jackie knows when to challenge my outlook on a situation when she sees opportunity for growth. I always feel understood when talking to Jackie. Ever since working with her, I’ve been able to work through trauma, let go of anger, and move forward in my life more than I have before. I cannot recommend Jackie enough.”
-Lindsey C., client
“Jackie has been an amazing therapist to me. She will listen and encourage you, celebrate your strengths, and given you unbiased responses. Jackie has helped me manage my anxiety so much this past year, and has given me techniques I can do by myself as well. Jackie has been a major part in my healing process, and wants nothing but success for you, regardless of the cards you’ve been dealt. I’m so grateful for our sessions thus far.”
-Sloane P., client
“I have always been skeptical & It took me a while to find a perfect fit for me while looking for a therapist. It was my first-time seeking help and did not know what to expect, or where to start. Since I have been working with Jackie, I have seen not only growth within myself, but a serious decrease with my anxiety. She is PHENOMENAL. I can be my most vulnerable self, cry & spill my heart out without feeling insecure or judged. If you had a hard time finding where to start, seriously look no further.”
-Sienna C., client
“Jackie has a way of being gentle yet honest in her counseling, while confronting the places within that need healing. She’s extremely thoughtful and clear, and it’s obvious how passionate she is about her patients and her practice. I appreciated how she is empathetic, yet also constructive. Extremely appreciative! Highly recommend!!”
“Molly is the exact type of therapist that I wanted and needed. I particularly like her way of balancing challenging me to become better while also holding space for me to feel comfortable and validated. She gives me little tasks at the end of most sessions that were minor and doable, but that made huge changes in my life. ”
